What Melay is
Melay is a discovery platform for Bangladeshi brands. We publish listings, we do not sell. We are not the seller of record, we hold no inventory, we take no payment and we charge no commission on your purchase.
Your purchase is with the merchant
- Price, stock, delivery, warranty, exchange and refund are entirely the merchant's responsibility, on their own website and under their own terms.
- We copy prices and availability from what the merchant tells us and show when the listing was last updated. The merchant's own site is always the authoritative version.
- Disputes about an order must be raised with the merchant.
Listings and rights
- Merchants confirm they own or license everything they send us, and grant permission for what we display. We show images and descriptions only where that permission is recorded.
- Where no image permission exists we display artwork drawn by Melay, clearly marked. That artwork is ours and is not a photograph of the item.
- If you believe a listing infringes your rights, use the correction or removal form and we will act on it.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the catalogue in bulk.
- Do not misrepresent yourself as a merchant in the application form.
Changes
We may change these terms as the service grows. The date of the current version is shown in the footer as the catalogue update time.
